Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Custom designs are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at orchidandolive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will not be issued for original shipping fees.

Damaged/Broken Designs

If you receive a damaged design upon shipment, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item as well as photos of the package so we can resolve the issue.
