Return or Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Orchid & Olive purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition.

Eligible Items:

  • Everyday home decor designs in original packaging
  • Unused seasonal items in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized designs
  • Sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label for eligible items
  4. Ship items back in original packaging

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or broken.

Damaged or Broken Items: All shipped designs are packed by UPS standards. For any design that is received broken upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. We will request several photos if your broken item as well photos of the packaging. We'll then get with you directly to arrange a replacement or refund.

Local Pickup Orders: Items purchased for local pickup in Oklahoma City follow the same return policy. Please contact us to arrange the return.
